Black hardwood walking stick with a gold engraved handle. The following Norwegian inscription is engraved on the head with the name of B.J. Muus, 1881: "Det Guds Ord Der Ved Dig Har Lyst For Os Skinne For Dig Til Dit Livs Aften." Freely translated into English by Charlotte Jacobson: "Let God's Word, which for you and for us has meaning, shine for you to the end of your life." Engraved on the side of the gold head are the following names: P.H. Odegaarden, H.K. Finseth, A.K. Finseth, O.K. Finseth, H.P. Hulebak, O.P. Hulebak, K.T. Bakke, Ole T. Bakke. Carved on a gold band, just under the gold head, is Lorentz D. Klüver, 1900. The bottom of the walking stick has a metal tip and a chip near the base.
