A medium-sized ceramic plate depicting Boe Memorial Chapel in black and white with gold around the rim. Black text reads, "Boe Memorial Chapel | St. Olaf College." The back reads, "Boe Memorial Chapel was dedicated June 6, 1954 | and bears the name of Lars Wilhelm Boe, fourth | president of St. Olaf College. The chapel, | seating over 1500, was made possible through | the gifts of more than 60,000 individuals. On | the ground level are classrooms and offices. | The chapel is the home of the unique St. Olaf | student congregation." The maker's mark below reads "Balfour | CERAMIC | ATTLEBORO | MASSACHUSETTS". ~root~>
