Small sterling silver spoon with an engraved image of a dormitory in the spoon bowl. "BOYS DORMITORY" is written above the image, and "ST OLAF COLLEGE NORTHFIELD, MINN" is below. Outlining the handle are decorative leaves and lines. On the back of the handle are three symbols: a lion in an octagon, an anchor in a crest, and a "G[?]" in a crest. Next to the symbols is "STERLING PAT 1910".

This spoon depicts Saint Olaf College Ytterboe dormitory for men. Built in 1901, the building was renamed Ytterboe Hall in 1914 and was torn down in 1997.
