This item was donated by Inez Frayseth, Registrar Emerita of Saint Olaf College and friend of Mrs. Ignatius Bjorlee.

Along with the dish is a personal card with "Mrs. Ignatius Bjorlee" typed on the outside and "Sterling Bon Bon Dish given to the Bjorlees 2/19/16 as their wedding gift from the New York City St. Olaf Club organized in 1911" handwritten on the inside.

Also included is a copy of an article in Northfield News, October 24, 1985, describing the donation of the dish to Saint Olaf College Archives. A cutout article from an unknown source (from a folder marked 1909-10-11) is also included, titled "ORGANIZE NEW YORK CITY ST. OLAF CLUB", detailing, "To facilitate future reunions and give direction to efforts on behalf of St. Olaf, in these parts, there was organized the New York City St. Olaf club."
