The split label on the back reads, "CHICAGO PENNANT CO., Inc. MANUFACTURERS OF PENNANTS, PILLOWS, AND NOVELTIES OF FELT and LEATHER 1306-8-10 S. 61st St. CHICAGO, ILL." Small holes and some discoloration are visible.
