A gold medal inside a blue case, both featuring a gold logo of Chulalongkorn University with Thai text surrounding it. Pink velvet lines half of the case inside, with white satin material on the other. Printed text in Thai is on the white satin. The medal also has Thai text on the back. A note taped inside the case reads, "This 50th anniversary medal of Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand, was presented to President Rand on December 18, 1968 during his visit to the University."
