Guestbook with a wooden front cover, back cover, and spine. The front has a profile of two flying ducks, cat tails, and "The Granskaus" engraved in the wood. Brown inside pages are bound with a green tie, with six pages full of signatures and dates. Some scratches are visible on the wood, and a few pages are detached.

This guestbook was donated in the mid-1980s by Ruth Granskou Mellem, a 1945 graduate of Saint Olaf College and daughter of Saint Olaf President Clemens M. Granskou (1943-1963) and his wife, Ella. The guestbook is from the estate of Clemens and Ella Granskou.
